Blue Gender

Blue Gender is set in a future where humans have lost their dominance to the Blue, a species of insect-like aliens that have taken over Earth. To establish a safe environment, a space station called Second Earth was built to serve as a refuge for humans, with the goal of one day retaking the planet. Yuji Kaido, who was cryogenically frozen due to a B-Cells disease, is awakened and joins a team sent to Earth to extract him, but their mission quickly goes awry.
