Call of the Night

Kou Yamori, a typical middle school student, is struggling to understand the concept of love. He eventually stops attending school due to his dissatisfaction with societal norms. At night, Kou roams the deserted streets, plagued by insomnia caused by idleness. His nocturnal wanderings lead him to Nazuna Nanakusa, a peculiar girl who believes people stay awake due to unhappiness with their daily lives and a need to release inhibitions.
