Dagashi Kashi

The Shikada family has run a small traditional Japanese candy shop, Dagashi Kashi, in the countryside for nine generations. Kokonotsu Shikada, the current owner, has other plans and wants to pursue a career as a manga artist, much to his father's disappointment. His father's reluctance to hand over the business might change with the arrival of Hotaru Shidare, a representative from Shidare Corporation, who seeks to recruit Kokonotsu's father.
