Eien no 831

The series Eien no 831 takes place in Tokyo, where a catastrophic event has disrupted the world. Suzushirou, a newspaper scholarship student, has a unique ability - he can stop time around him involuntarily, a power he developed after an incident in high school. Suzushiro meets Nazuna, a girl with a similar ability, who also has a troubled past. They learn Nazuna is being manipulated by her brother Seri, and Suzushirou decides to take her with him.
