Etotama 2 follows the peaceful lives of the 12 zodiac signs after they put an end to their endless battles. Na-tan, an Eto-musume with a straightforward and pure personality, appears unexpectedly, causing confusion among the zodiac signs, but delighting Nya-tan. This sudden arrival is accompanied by the emergence of a deity that had been sealed, with Chu-tan warning of an impending disaster. The mysterious identity of Na-tan and the implications of the deity's awakening are left unclear.
