Akira Takaoka, the only Electric Brain Study Society member without a computer, finds himself drawn to an advertised PC9821 at a discounted price of ninety-eight thousand yen. However, the first five customers snag all the available PCs, and Akira settles for a mysterious sale from a man in an alley - a PC2198, which turns out to be a bio-type computer requiring near-constant sperm input. The machine, dubbed Mimi, becomes Akira's unlikely ally against the Apple Nacintosh sisters, who seek to dominate the Japanese PC market.
