Amawa Hibiki, a recent college graduate, has been struggling to find employment as an athletics teacher. After being rejected by the local middle school's principal, who prefers to hire female teachers, Hibiki turns to crossdressing to secure a job and prove her theory that men are not incapable of teaching. With the help of his landlady, Hibiki gets hired and must navigate his new role while keeping his true identity hidden from his students, who unknowingly develop feelings for him.
