The Deep Sleep Capsules technology allows humans to travel to other star systems with minimal aging, but they also create isolation issues. The Syncam Corporation sent the Saldes crew of 14, including a cat, to explore a newly discovered planet 20 years away in 2264. However, things quickly go awry as the crew discovers two impostors and experiences a series of mysterious deaths. The ship's systems begin to malfunction, and the crew faces a desperate fight for survival in the vast emptiness of space.
