Love City

Love City is a futuristic story set in a world where people with psychic powers, known as Headmeters, have their strength displayed on their foreheads when fighting. Kei, a level 5 Headmeter, has an unusual ability that only activates when Ai, a young girl with a mysterious past, is in danger. The two are being pursued by a group aided by a dwarf-like man in a robotic suit. Kei, a former experimental subject and amateur detective, must team up with a reformed Headmeter to rescue Ai and uncover the truth about her past and the secret she holds.
