Nanatsu-iro Drops

Tsuwabuki is a relatively isolated student who doesn't have many close friends. His life changes with the arrival of Sumomo Akihime, a new transfer student who becomes an important part of his life. The two are among the few members of the school's gardening club, which Tsuwabuki is forced to join by a teacher. After an unexpected encounter with a peculiar young man, Tsuwabuki accidentally drinks a mysterious substance that turns him into a stuffed animal, and he must rely on Sumomo's assistance to reverse the transformation.
