Sorao Kamikoshi and Toriko Nishina find themselves drawn to the Otherworld, a realm hidden from the general public. The Otherworld is home to numerous creatures that pose a threat to humans, and its desolate environment has a peculiar allure. Toriko is searching for her friend Satsuki, who she believes is trapped in the Otherworld. Sorao, who had a traumatic encounter with an Otherworld denizen, is re-evaluating his life. The two cross paths, forming a bond that becomes crucial to their shared goal of acquiring knowledge about this obscure dimension.
