Potion, Wagami wo Tasukeru

Kaede, a high school student, wakes up in an unfamiliar alleyway to find herself in a world with beastmen, elves, and dragons. A mysterious book is discovered among her belongings, containing unknown pages that allow her to brew potions by speaking the word "create". Using these potions, Kaede tries to survive in this fantasy world, holding onto hopes of returning to Japan.
