SK8 the Infinity

SK8 the Infinity consists of four separate stories. The first, The Rain and a Cat, follows the lives of Reki, Langa, and Miya, who regularly visit a skatepark until a sudden storm forces them to take shelter at Reki's home, where they spend their time playing the Japanese card game Karuta. The anime also includes a story about Sakurayashiki and Nanjo, who engaged in intense competitions during their high school years, but their past is only part of their story.
