Taisho Otome Fairy Tale

Tamahiko Shima, the youngest son of the wealthy Shima family, longed for his family's affection despite their distance. After his mother's passing and an accident that crippled his dominant arm, Tamahiko's father rejected him due to his handicap, leaving him isolated in the countryside. Yuzuki Tachibana, sent by Tamahiko's father as a potential bride, soon arrived and took on a caregiving role, bringing a sense of renewal to his life. As they spend more time together, Tamahiko and Yuzuki's lives become increasingly intertwined, and they begin to experience their first feelings of love.
