This Boy is a Professional Wizard

Chiharu Kashima, the captain of the Wizard Bureau's Crisis Countermeasures Division, holds a unique position among those who can use magic. He frequently visits a local bar, where he meets Toyohi Utsumi, a young man who idolizes wizards and is immediately drawn to Kashima due to his profession. Kashima is taken aback when Toyohi confesses his romantic feelings, which complicates their budding relationship. Kashima's concerns about being loved for his magical abilities rather than himself also come into play.
