Armored Fleet Dairugger XV

The original storyline of Dairugger XV portrayed it as an exploration robot and a peace-keeping force. The Terran League, led by its president, launched a mission to explore the galaxy, only to have their starship Rugger-Guard attacked by the Galbeston Empire. To defend the Earth, Dairugger, a super robot, was deployed, and in a twist, they found themselves helping the people of Galbeston find a new home and liberate their planet from the oppressive Emperor. Dairugger is composed of 15 parts called "Rugger," which can combine to form the robot.
