Cardfight!! Vanguard

Aichi Sendou, a timid middle schooler, lives in a world where Cardfight!! Vanguard has become a popular trading card game. The game is played on Earth and, unusually, on another planet called Cray, where battles between the creatures used by players take place. Aichi's life changes when he challenges a bully to a game of Cardfight!! Vanguard to win back a rare card, the "Blaster Blade", which was taken from him. This encounter introduces Aichi to the world of high-stakes Vanguard battles, pushing him to test his skills and develop as a player and a person.
