Cross Ange: Rondo of Angel and Dragon

The Misurugi Empire's prosperity is largely due to the widespread use of Mana, a technology that has reduced war and pollution. However, those without the ability to wield Mana, known as Norma, are ostracized and persecuted, with Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi, the first princess, initially being one of their strongest advocates for extermination. Angelise's sixteenth birthday reveals a shocking truth: she is a Norma herself, and the once beloved princess is subsequently exiled to Arzenal, a remote military base where Normas are conscripted. There, she must learn to pilot a Paramail, a mechanical robot used to combat DRAGONs, which are large, destructive creatures.
