Fairy Gone

The Fairy Gone series is set in a world where fairies inhabit animals, granting them special abilities. When human organs are transplanted into humans, the fairies can be summoned as an alternate persona, essentially making the owners a "Fairy Soldier." This unique relationship between humans and fairies has led to a new class of individuals, who after the war, found various ways to cope with their loss of purpose. Some became part of official organizations, such as Mariya's "Dorothea," which investigates and suppresses fairy-related crimes, while others turned to more illicit means.
