Freezing Vibration

The Chevalier's E-Pandora Project aims to address the increasing rate of NOVA appearances and the resulting Pandora shortage. By granting normal humans the ability to become Pandoras, the organization hopes to bolster its defenses. The unveiling of the project is attended by a gathering of Pandoras at the Alaskan base, including Satellizer, Kazuya, and Rana. However, as the project progresses, its legitimacy comes into question, sparking concerns among the Pandoras.
