.hack//G.U. Trilogy is a movie based on the CyberConnect2 video game, set within the storyline of the three-game series. The story revolves around Haseo, a skilled player in the online game The World:R2, who is initially known as the "Terror of Death" due to his PKK (Player Killer Killer) status. Haseo encounters Azure Kite, who he believes is Tri-Edge, and is subsequently Data Drained, losing all his items, level, and abilities.
