La storia della Arcana Famiglia takes place on the island of Regalo, where the Arcana Famiglia, a group of individuals with supernatural abilities, protect the local population. These abilities, granted through contracts with tarot cards, vary widely among the group, with some members possessing enhanced strength, others invisibility, and a few the ability to see into someone's heart. Mondo, the leader, announces his retirement and decides to hold the Arcana Duello, a competition that grants the winner the title of Papa and the right to make a wish.
