You Keika works part-time to support himself after a string of unfortunate events left him struggling financially. His life takes a dramatic turn when he encounters Tanmoku Ki, a member of the prestigious Tanmoki exorcist family, in a junkyard. After a fatal accident, Ki's spirit binds itself to You, forming a pact where he offers protection in exchange for You becoming his spirit shadow. As the two navigate the spiritual world, their initial arrangement blossoms into a deeper connection.
