Super High Speed Galvion

Super High Speed Galvion takes place in the 23rd century, where Midoriyama Rei, a billionaire, has formed a secret organization called Circus to counter the growing threat of Shadow, a clandestine group. To operate Circus' primary mecha, the Galvion, Rei recruits two unlikely pilots: Mu and Maya, who are also convicts. Ohata Koichi, known for his design work on Gunbuster, created the mecha designs for the Galvion.
