Tokyo Underground takes place in the hidden world beneath Tokyo, Japan, known as Underground, where people with elemental powers, such as controlling fire or magnetism, live. Rumina Asagi, a Tokyo high school student, and his friend Ginnosuke Isuzu stumble upon two outsiders, Chelsea Rorec, a Gravity User, and Ruri Sarasa, the Miko of Life, leading to a significant change in their lives.
