The Transformers: The Headmasters series revolves around the battle between Cybertron and the Destrons, led by Galvatron. The Cybertron Headmasters, led by Fortress (or Cerebros, the head of Fortress Maximus), arrive to aid their allies after being away for millions of years. Fortress Maximus and his team, known as the Cybertron Headmasters, originate from a planet called Master, where human-sized robots built massive bodies to transform into.
