Yuusei Fudou seeks to reclaim his stolen D-Wheel and Stardust Dragon card.

The residents of Neo Domino City are drawn to Riding Duels, a high-energy form of entertainment that involves competing on D-Wheels, a hybrid of Duel Disks and motorbikes. Yuusei's former friend Jack Atlas, now a prominent figure in the dueling world, stole Yuusei's D-Wheel and card, and has been based in Neo Domino City for two years.
